Abstract

Adult type of osteochondritis dissecans of elbow is very rare condition. We describe a case of a osteochondritis dissecans of capitellum in 51-year-old male patient. We performed arthroscopy procedure for removal of loose osteochondral fragments. After 1 year follow-up, the patient gained good result.
